THE HALL

Nestled on an industrial block in Downtown Los Angeles, Towne Hall is a 2,000 square foot community venue for artists of all professional levels and socioeconomic means to create, connect, and share. As a canvas in itself, Towne Hall provides the space and resources to help visions grow – whether you need a safe, affordable location to rehearse, a studio for a shoot, a gallery to exhibit your latest work, a welcoming screening room, or support from a member in our artists collective. How To Book
Hours Of Operation	Open Hours.
Rental Policy	Rental Rates: Rehearsals, Retreats, and Other Quiet Events with maximum 20 people, 8 hour minimum. Non-Profit Outside Groups: $20 per hour • No staffing • No public attendance/performance • Must come in for prior orientation visit • $50 key deposit & equipment deposit • Rehearsals Retreats, Meetings Performances/Public Events; Activities with more than 20 people: $35 per hour • Must be staffed by a TH staff member • Equipment and electricity usage must be approved by TH staff CONTACT FOR DAY RATES/STUDENT RATES.
Cancellation Policy	48 hour notice of cancellation or 50% loss of deposit.
