Space has excellent light, bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, living room, cable TV, and large 2-story high artists' studio space. Part of an artists residency complex and a thriving community of local and international artists. 10 minutes from Santa Monica beach. 30 minutes from downtown LA. One of the two renters must be a working artist intending to use the studio space. Available for June, July or both months. The studio is 1700 PER month
